FVS – VERTICAL LAB STERILIZER
FVS is a compact and portable lab sterilizer with very small overall dimensions for easy handling and use. The FVS Vertical Lab Sterilizer controls the sterilization process adopting a close loop feedback system using PID algorithm. This solution permits a continuous and accurate control of chamber temperature and pressure with a significant energy saving, even in a so small autoclave. The FVS series sterilizers are suitable for the use in many different applications in laboratory such as empty glassware Laboratories instruments Small machine parts and culture media/solution in small size open containers.
With two chamber useful volumes ranging from 30 to 45 liters FVS series is the simplest choice for standard sterilization in the laboratory field. Both sterilizing chamber and lid are made with top-quality 316L stainless steel with electropolished finishing. FVS series is equipped with built-in 304 stainless steel recovery tank for steam condensates and with a special profile high-resistant pneumatic gasket for automatic lid sealing, assuring maximum safety. A small air compressor with buffer assures pneumatic lid gasket closing and final drying.
FVG – VERTICAL LAB STERILIZER
FVG Vertical Lab Sterilizer combines excellent performances with overall high quality materials, simplicity of use and optimal consumption.
All FVG series autoclaves are equipped with a built-in steam generator with automatic water feed pump. These autoclaves can treat a wide range of laboratory goods with reliable sterilization technology, such as: glassware and plastic articles, unwrapped instruments, machine parts and components, porous goods, culture media and liquids in open small size containers, laboratory regular waste in open bags.
FVG series can be provided in three different chamber useful volumes: 50 liters (FVG1) – 75 liters (FVG2) – 140 liters (FVG3). Sterilization chamber and lid are made of 316L stainless steel, with mirror polished sanitary finishing. FVG operates at high-pressure (3,5 bar g) and temperature (140°C). Exclusive horizontal swiveling lid with pneumatic gasket “rotate-and-seal”, for improved user safety. FVG is equipped with a heat recovering system for water preheating to steam generator, assuring utilities cost saving. FVG has TSC 09 microprocessor control system with graphic color LCD display and an exclusive dual sensor system, by pressure and temperature, for double regulation and control of the sterilization process.
FVA/A1 – VERTICAL LAB STERILIZER
The FVA/A1 Vertical Lab Sterilizer combines design with Excellent performances and simplicity of use. The automatic vertical sterilizer FVA/A1 has been specifically designed and developed to meet the most demanding application requirements in many different sectors, from universities to quality control laboratories in pharma, food or cosmetics industrial sectors. FVA/A1 autoclave is the perfect solution for highly specialized fields and challenging customers worldwide that demand exclusive, reproducible and validated processes. These sterilizers have been designed with ergonomical features for easy handling and daily use. The basic version of FVA/A1 can be used for standard processes and is easy to configure, thanks to its conceptual design and modular construction with exclusive optional kits.
FVA/A1 autoclaves are available with three different chamber volumes: 75 liters (FVA2/A1), 140 liters (FVA3/A1) and 188 liters (FVA3/A1 Plus). FVA/A1 lab sterilizers are equipped with 316L stainless steel chamber and lid with automatic independent operation and control. The access to the technical area is assured by a wide front door with a special safety lock for easy maintenance. The exclusive horizontal swivelling lid has a patented seal with compressed air system for perfect airtight, safety and easy maintenance. An internal heat exchanger, made of 316L stainless steel and a fan for rapid cooling system can be integrated in the lid. The DCS Plus 10 process controller allows fully programmability: 30 cycles easy to customize in a multi-user environment and an interface for remote monitoring via Ethernet protocol.
