Instron Multi-Station Test Frames
With the 6800 Series Multi-Station System, throughput can be increased by testing up to five (5) distinct specimens at once, independently, on a single load frame. This system, built on top of our standard 68TM-30 testing frame (30 kN capacity)*, is ideal for situations in which test times are extended as a result of either a high degree of elongation or a low rate of acceleration. You can save time and money on testing materials with this approach if you use the same testing procedures and expect the same findings from each specimen. Labs can now keep up with the high throughput requirements of high-speed or numerous production lines thanks to this solution.
The preconfigured Multi-Station System satisfies the needs of most testing facilities when running multiple tests at once. You have the option of testing anywhere from one to five samples simultaneously. All necessary transducer channels can be displayed in real time, and the system integrates smoothly with Bluehill® Universal materials testing software. All specimens' real-time graphs are displayed in Bluehill Universal for Multi-Station as well. The testing will continue until all specimens meet the necessary standards.
