The Instron 8850 series system is a floor model biaxial servohydraulic dynamic test system that provides axial and torsional load on a specimen in an integrated biaxial actuator. For static and fatigue testing, the 8850 series offers axial-torsion systems capable of axial and torsional loading of up to 2000Nm and 250kN, respectively.

Each station of the 16-Station ElectroPuls testing system is furnished with a fatigue-rated load cell, allowing for the simultaneous testing of multiple samples for high cycle fatigue. To facilitate high-frequency testing and reduce testing time, the fixture employs a carousel with specially constructed high rigidity and low volume.

The Instron® planar biaxial cruciform testing systems combine high-stiffness annular load frames that have been precisely aligned with four state-of-the-art actuators that are both in-plane and perpendicular to one another. These actuators are both in-plane and perpendicular to one another.
