Tissue processors, embedding centers, microtomes and more!
SLEE tissue processor guarantees gentle and highly reliable specimen processing in conjunction with state of the art control features. The specimen throughput can be doubled to 240 cassettes per run with a second transport basket. For faster and substantially improved processing of tissues, the instrument can optionally be equipped with vacuum units for all paraffin beakers or all positions including reagent beakers. An integrated battery ensures highest process safety even in environments with frequent power failures.
SLEE offers two ergonomic and reliable embedding centers for an optimal workflow in smaller and routine laboratories. MPS/P1 is a compact system for reduced throughput requirements, MPS/P2 is a modular system for high-throughput routine applications:

All SLEE rotary microtomes are manufactured at the company‘s site in Germany. The high-precision, modularly assembled rotary microtomes range from a manual unit, type CUT 4062, to the semi-automatic type CUT 5062 and to the fully automatic type CUT 6062. The range is completed by the manual sliding microtome cuttec S.
The cryostats manufactured by SLEE medical offer best ergonomic features and efficiency: the floor-standing units MEV and MNT are equipped with a spacious cryochamber with easy to operate electronic control and automatic defrost function. The heart of all these units is the precise rotary microtome with well-proven SLEE quality.
The flexibility of the SLEE cromatec stainer is unique. This singularity is characterized by individually programmable time settings for each station and freely selectable position for the washing cuvettes. The exhaust air is cleaned by the integrated activated carbon filter or by a connection to a central extraction system. The very quiet operating noise avoids any disturbance. Due to the compact and space saving design, the stainer can be easily integrated into your laboratory.
CS Centrifuge is a cost-effective alternative for monolayer cell preparation, providing consistent performance and user friendliness. The system is equipped with an open or closed rotor for up to 12 loading positions which can be easily removed for external loading. Single or double sample chambers are available as disposable or reusable after suitable cleaning. For a flexible use of the system a variety of sediment rotors are available on request.
The innovative cover slipping technology allows an increased turnover and high reproducibility. The MCS cover slippers work with highest quality standard. Cover slipping is done for each single glass separately fast and without bubbles. This method guarantees a reliable throughput. The cover slipper MCS I can be directly connected to the stainer MAS. The system is applicable to microslide racks of different automated staining systems and can easily be integrated into the work flow of a routine laboratory.
The new SLEE blades for microtomes feature a special plasma technology, improving the sharpness of the blades as well as the durability of the blades considerably. The new SLEE Starfrost® cover slips in 3 different sizes, made for automated cover slipping and the new SLEE StarFrost® slides in different styles and colors perfectly matching the SLEE printtec s slide printer. Where the paratec premium consists of highly purified paraffin with the addition of polymer for precise embedding and sectioning. Melting range 54-57°C.
