Shorten your media sterilization process with INTEGRA MEDIACLAVE that carries out the medium formulation and sterilization in only one single step. It precisely measures and monitors the temperature of the agar medium during the entire process. Permanent stirring guarantees homogenous temperature throughout the whole batch and an efficient plate heat exchanger facilitates rapid cooling leading to prevention of excessive heat exposure for the medium and thereby maintains its fertility.

MEDIAJET Petri dish filler from INTEGRA offers exceptional flexibility to fill Petri dishes of various sizes, Petri dishes with two compartments or test tubes of various diameters and length. At the same time, it requires only minimal bench space in the laboratory. MEDIAJET has also a built-in "Agar Spread Function" which ensures a homogenous distribution and an even surface of the agar that helps to optimize the Agar level in the Petri dish and thereby allows a significant reduction of media costs.

INTEGRA offers two devices for flame sterilization, FIREBOY with two different types of safe Bunsen burners for connection to a gas distribution system or gas cartridges and FLAMEBOY which is a Flame pistol with piezoelectric ignition for connection to a gas distribution system or gas cartridges. Both with a temperature protection to prevent overheating and burning time as defined by the user for additional safety to avoid serious accidents during flame sterilization.
